The system sends a unique link to the customer via email, SMS, or push notification or can be accessed from a web portal on a computer or mobile device. The customer accesses the link, and the system provides clear instructions for adjusting their camera, distance, and position.

The customer activates their camera on a computer or mobile device and registers their facial biometrics. During this process, unique facial features are captured and stored in an encrypted model, allowing future identity verification with high precision and security.

To detect fake faces or deepfakes, the system analyzes video frames in real-time, confirming the user’s presence and liveliness. If a pre-recorded video is used, the system detects inconsistencies by analyzing video flow and lighting patterns.

The system provides access to the document in PDF format, allowing the customer to review and accept the terms of the agreement or contract. Once confirmed, the document is digitally signed with an official certificate and securely stored in the cloud, ensuring its integrity and availability.

The signed document is available for distribution according to the needs of the business process. Both customers and employees can receive it via email, SMS, or the web portal. Additionally, it can be sent to external systems or accessed via API at any time.

Each transaction generates a complete record that includes the signed document, biometric data, and information associated with the process. The data is securely stored in the cloud, ensuring its availability, scalability, and compliance for future verifications.
