To put it another way, we apply insurtech and fintech practices to banks and insurers to make things run smoothly and cheaper.

Our main product is a platform based on low-code smart flows and cross-channel technology that companies use to easily develop automation solutions by themselves. We develop, maintain, and operate this automation platform in-house. We also have a service division to deliver our customers with the solution already developed, tailored always using our own automation platform.

The products and services we offer are designed specifically for the financial and insurance industry, so we put extra focus on security, compliance, and privacy.

What this role is about?

In the role of Automation Specialist, you’ll be responsible for utilizing our proprietary automation platform and all its capabilities to create logic flows. While implementing all programmatic and operational initiatives via our automation platform, you will work closely with designers, developers, and project managers. Additionally, the automation specialist is responsible for maintaining the manuals, information, and documentation related to the use of the platform.

Skills needed

  • English and Spanish Full professional proficiency (Mandatory)
  • Deductive and logical approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent CSS and HTML skills
  • Familiarity with design software and technologies ( i.e Illustrator, Photoshop, etc )
  • Good delegation and time management skills
  • Familiarity using APIs (REST)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies

Responsibilities of the role

  • Support in the production of help content for the DANAConnect Knowledge Center.
  • Create audiovisual content for DANAConnect Academy.
  • Implement automations that DANAConnect’s clients have contracted as professional services.
  • Produce automation models for DANAConnect Marketplace.
  • Support customers’ questions about how DANAConnect works.
  • Work with the DANAConnect team to configure Proofs of Concept for potential clients.
  • Keep business partners and customers up to date on new features provided by DANAConnect through newsletters and webinar support.
  • Attend operational and commercial status weekly.
  • Team up with the rest of the staff to improve DANAConnect’s customer experience.
  • Contribute to measurements of the DANAConnect customer experience.
  • Promote new initiatives in DANAConnect aimed at improving the service quality.
